The project consisted of 3 underground stories and 11 upper floors. The project is located adjacent to the Beirut Arab University Alumni, Beirut. The project is a residential building. The geotechnical work involved the installation of piles (D=600mm ; length =17m) and concrete plates with retaining wall for lateral support. The geotechnical works involved excavation and shoring for a maximum depth of 10 m adjacent to multi-stories residential building. Geotechnical works value was US$900,000.
